Position Summary

The Assistant Finance Manager supports financial operations, reporting, and analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role also provides financial insights to support business decisions and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and applicable tax regulations.
  • Monitor internal controls and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
  • Support inventory management, product costing, and margin analysis.
  • Participate in finance-related projects as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in trading or FMCG companies.
  • Strong knowledge of VAS, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
