POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing the full finance function across multiple hotel properties
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Managing monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and variance analysis
- Ensuring strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management
- Partnering with operations to optimise revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Enhancing financial processes and systems for efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in retail, property, or hospitality environments
- Strong managerial experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
