- Oversee creditors function and ensure payments, reconciliations, and controls are completed accurately.
- Manage monthly stock takes and investigate stock variances.
- Handle invoicing of vehicles and ensure all supporting documentation is correct.
- Assist with month‑end reporting, reconciliations, and financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Maintain and manage financial data on DRIVE.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience (automotive industry).
- Previous experience on DRIVE AI is essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
