What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely month-end reporting, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
- Support monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and investigation of key movements across entity performance
- Prepare year-end audit working papers and maintain high-quality financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and contribute to strengthening financial controls
- Support accounts receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and assisting with follow-up on overdue accounts
- Contribute to finance systems enhancements, process improvement, and automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the accounts/finance function of a multi-entity group highly regarded
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced business environment
