We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our Asset Management and Private Equity team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in investments, financial analysis, private markets, and business research. The successful candidate will assist with investment research, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and market analysis activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support investment evaluations and decision-making.
• Analyze financial statements, business performance, and industry trends for potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in preparing investment reports, research summaries, presentations, and due diligence materials.
• Support private equity deal screening, market mapping, and investment pipeline management.
• Gather and organize data related to portfolio companies, industries, and market developments.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare periodic updates and analysis reports.
• Assist with valuation exercises, financial modeling, and benchmarking activities.
• Track macroeconomic trends, private market developments, and sector-specific insights.
• Maintain research databases, investment records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with investment professionals on strategic research projects and special assignments.

• Strong interest in asset management, private equity, venture capital, investments, and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret financial and business information accurately.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or academic experience in finance, investments, consulting, accounting, or research is advantageous.
