Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including monitoring AR aging and ensuring timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Manages vendor payments, invoice reviews, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. Handles customer billing, dispute resolution, and supports month-end and year-end closing activities. Leads and develops the AR/AP team, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, prepares financial reports and cash flow forecasts, supports audits, and drives continuous process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Monitor AR aging and ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Review and approve invoices, payment runs, and journal entries for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate vendor payments and ensure adherence to agreed terms and company policies
  • Handle customer billing, dispute resolution, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR/AP
  • Ensure proper documentation and internal control over financial transactions
  • Lead, coach, and develop AR/AP team members to achieve performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Prepare and present AR/AP reports, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Candidates with experience in similar industries are highly preferred
  • Experience in project-based work
  • Experience in collections and accounts receivable (AR) aging
  • Experience in vendor payments and accounts payable (AP) processes
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong control mindse
