Job Title: Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Based)
Location: In-office – Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Job Type: Commission-Based, Full-Time [9 am – 6 pm]

Responsibilities:
Effectively close deals
Conduct outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients
Identify leads and opportunities in target markets
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Sales experience, especially in cold calling, is a plus
Comfortable working in a COMMISSION ONLY structure
Pass a 1-week probationary period
What We Offer:
Uncapped commission – the more deals you close, the more you earn
Ongoing training and support
Earning projections: Year 1: $150k+, Year 2: $250k+, sky is the limit!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
