Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: NE Portland (Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
Overview
Lead accounts payable and disbursements for a multi-enty organization while managing a local and offshore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 4 onsite and 3 offshore AP staff; conduct performance reviews
- Approve payments, ACH/wires, and check runs with strong controls
- Review invoice journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Resolve vendor escalations and complex discrepancies
- Manage AP aging and optimize cash flow
- Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee vendor setup, W-9s, 1099 reporting, and compliance
Qualifications
- Full-cycle AP experience with leadership background
- Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ERP experience (Business Central preferred)
