Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for an AP & AR Accountant. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, preparing financial records, and conducting reconciliations. The AP & AR Accountant will ensure accuracy in recording financial data, maintain compliance with accounting regulations, and collaborate with team members to analyze and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles, including experience with invoicing processes.
- Highly developed Analytical Skills, demonstrating the ability to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel) is preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the food and beverage industry, is a plus.
