Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to leadership. You will play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies, as well as supporting long-term business planning.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, trends, and risks.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
Collaborate with department leaders to track performance against budget and identify key drivers of financial performance.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights that support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
Support long-term strategic planning efforts, including scenario planning and business case development.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial modeling.
Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
