About the Role
We are a real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio spanning multiple asset classes across Europe. We are looking for a junior analyst to join our asset management team in Geneva.
This is an entry-level role suited to a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants to build a career in real asset investing. The successful candidate will partner closely with asset managers, investment teams, and third-party operators/servicers to ensure high-quality analysis, reporting, governance, and disciplined execution throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support asset management team in day-to-day management of the investment portfolio
- Collect and consolidate data from third-party property managers
- Maintain and update asset-level financial models, budgets, and performance trackers
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Support market research, benchmarking, and valuation processes
- Contribute to ESG data tracking and reporting
- Assist with capital events including acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions, including support in preparing Investment Committee materials and related supporting analysis.
Requirements
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
- Up to 2 years of experience in finance, asset management, or a related analytical role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce clear, well-structured outputs
- Fluent English required; French is a very strong plus; German, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus
- AI literacy and a genuine interest in using tools to work more efficiently
- Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
