We are expanding our FP&A capabilities across the IMEA region (India, Middle East & Africa) and are looking for an Analyst FP&A to join our team in Nicosia. This is a newly created position designed to support a broader market scope, increasing business complexity, and the continued growth of our regional finance structure.

Working closely with regional leadership, you will act as a key business partner, delivering high‑quality financial insight, reporting, and analysis to support performance management and strategic decision‑making across multiple countries and business models.

What You Will Do

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis — Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Prepare accurate Monthly Financial Reports (MFR) and support recurring reporting activities.
  • Planning & Forecasting — Coordinate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities, support rolling forecasts, and contribute to mid‑term planning.
  • Performance Management — Analyse actuals vs. budget/forecast, identify trends, and support corrective actions with business stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering — Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, providing financial modelling, scenario analysis, and commercial insight.
  • Digitalisation & Process Improvement — Support automation of reporting processes, enhance data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance — Ensure alignment with IFRS and corporate policies, supporting strong financial governance across the region.
  • Market & Business Insight — Analyse competitor performance, track economic drivers, and provide insight into regional business trends.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant) is an advantage
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A or financial management, ideally within a multinational or matrix organisation
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, IFRS, and consolidation processes
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capability
  • Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) is beneficial
  • Fluent English and Greek; French is a plus
