Responsibilities :
- Annual planning and budgeting, including Latest Estimates.
- Cost variance analysis.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives — identification, analysis, and documentation.
- Conducting road transport–related project analysis.
- Identifying and closing cost-related gaps.
- Preparing reports and presentation materials.
- Monthly accrual process.
- Billing and settlement activities.
- Administrative tasks for all project portfolios, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation and filing of hard-copy documents.
- Organizing internal and stakeholder meetings.
- Participation in meetings related to assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Min. Associate Degree (D3) from any major.
- Proven understanding of accruals, billing, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with GSAP, as well as proficiency in Excel (charts and graphs) and PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver quick turnaround results and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership, independence, and initiative with a creative mindset.
- Comfortable challenging existing processes and proposing improvements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals..
