As a member of the Investment Team at the Analyst to Associate level, you will be involved in all aspects of private equity investment activities — from investment evaluation through value creation initiatives and exit execution.
You will work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, gaining exposure to high-level strategic decision-making and hands-on investment execution.
This position offers the opportunity to build deep expertise across the full private equity investment lifecycle in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
1. Investment Evaluation
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Lead and support due diligence processes
2. Transaction Execution
- Support deal structuring and negotiation processes
- Coordinate with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, and other professionals)
- Prepare internal investment memoranda and materials for decision-making
3. Portfolio Value Creation
- Work closely with portfolio company management to develop and implement value-up initiatives
- Monitor financial and operational performance
- Support strategic planning and execution at portfolio companies
4. Exit Execution
- Assist in planning and executing exit strategies
- Support buyer identification, transaction preparation, and negotiation processes
