Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st level legal entity controllership and ensure robust financial control.
- Prepare daily and monthly FRR
- Perform month end close with accuracy and efficiency, and prepare monthly balance sheet substantiation to good standard.
- Follow up on any outstanding reconciliation items and system issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and drive automation of manual workflow
- Pursue control excellence and process improvement
Required Skills:
- Degree in Accounting / Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 2 year experience in banking or a Big4 Accounting firm covering Financial Services.
- Experience in external audit is beneficial
- Knowledge of Python or a programming is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong control awareness
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Sound analytical skill
