Senior Financial Analyst – Retail Distribution Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Retail Business Intelligence team, with a strong focus on performance management and data-driven decision making across Retail and SME distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced analysis on channel, customer and product performance, focusing on productivity, efficiency, profitability and quality
  • Monitor key business indicators such as sales performance, incentives, productivity and quality KPIs
  • Define and standardize KPIs used in performance tracking, target setting and variable remuneration frameworks
  • Support target setting and allocation through simulations, impact analysis and scenario modeling
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of incentive schemes aligned with business strategy and compliance requirements
  • Automate and improve reporting processes using modern data tools and visualization solutions
  • Integrate data from multiple channels to provide a comprehensive view of business performance
  • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business teams to align methodologies, priorities and reporting standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, performance management or business intelligence
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, target setting and incentive mechanisms
  • Experience working with complex datasets and translating data into business insights
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights in a clear and structured way
  • Proactive, curious and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
