Edward Mann is looking for a Administration Team Leader on behalf of a well-respected, top-tier Australian University. The University works to change lives through learning and research, focused on making a real impact.

Position Purpose
As the National Administration Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the School Manager and National Head of School by ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services. You will oversee governance, compliance, and operational functions while fostering collaboration across the School's national leadership group and optimising the use of resources.
Key Accountabilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of 10 administrative staff to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient functions.
- Operational Oversight: Provide high-level administrative advice and support to senior staff regarding University operations, HR business processes, and financial matters.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing regular feedback and promoting professional growth opportunities.
- Project & HR Support: Deliver high-level support for teaching and research activities, facilities management, and HR documentation including recruitment and onboarding.
- Financial Administration: Support the annual operational budget process and oversee the strategic allocation of resources.Strategic Alignment: Implement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of administrative operations, aligning with broader University goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster productive relationships with internal business areas such as Legal, Marketing, and Finance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with at least four years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory position managing teams of similar size.
- Experience working within a complex and geographically dispersed operating environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial, budget, and resource planning.
