Highly regarded private investment firm located in the heart of NYC, is seeking a dedicated Assistant with 2+ years of experience out of a fast paced, financial services firm, to support a small team of extremely successful and high-profile Investment professionals.
Partner and act as true extension of team.
Manage intricate calendars and meeting schedules.
Organize domestic and international travel, process expenses
Conduct research and prepare meeting materials.
Must be confident and reliable, and possess exceptional computer skills including Concur, Salesforce, Outlook and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree required, out of an accredited university with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
