Your Responsibilities
- Allocate incoming payments from bank statements to customer accounts daily and support up to 4 night shifts per month (until midnight) as required
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare and send dunning letters; follow up on overdue payment
- Generate aging reports and support month-end/year-end AR closing
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, disputes, and payment issues
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Strong command of English; excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN) and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
