Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, located in Surrey, BC. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will handle tasks including managing customer accounts, processing payments, and conducting debt collection activities. This role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and Finance, particularly in invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- Experience and skills in Debt Collection to accurately monitor overdue accounts and follow up in a professional manner
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with internal teams and clients to resolve account-related inquiries
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
