What You Will Do
- Create and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain positive customer relationships
- Apply incoming payments, research discrepancies, and ensure accounts are properly reconciled
- Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
- Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing or payment issues efficiently
- Prepare aging reports and provide clear, consistent updates to leadership
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
