Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Accounts Receivable team.
• Manage collections for key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee billing and invoice processes, ensuring customers with multiple accounts can view all invoices seamlessly.
• Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with the Controller to align department goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, encouraging attention to detail and efficiency.
• Analyze AR performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable management or a related role.
• Proficiency in collections, cash applications, and billing functions.
• Strong knowledge of aging reports and lien processes.
• Ability to handle high volumes of checks and oversee lockbox operations.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
