Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Miami, FL (33172)
Salary: $60,000–$72,000 (Depending on Experience)
About the Opportunity:
A nationwide company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of high-value event inventory, furniture, and interior pieces is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its finance team. This role is heavily focused on managing the full AR cycle, cash application, payment posting, and bank reconciliations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, customer account maintenance, and aging reports
- Apply and post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to improve collections efforts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Support month-end close processes, audits, AR reporting (aging reports, cash receipts), and assist with AP functions as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
- Strong experience with Net Suite (required)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- Experience in high-volume or multi-entity AR environments
