Job Overview:
Stride Logistics is seeking a high-performing Accounts Payable Specialist to support a prestigious, fast-growing multinational apparel company based in New York City. This is a critical role ensuring financial accuracy and vendor satisfaction for a global supply chain leader with over 40 years of industry expertise.
What you will do
- Efficiently manage and process a large volume of vendor invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, managing records and reconciling statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of diverse payment methods, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit cards.
- Support month-end closing activities, provide documentation for audits, and maintain precise records for financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and support special finance projects as needed.
You are the right fit if
- Proficient in D365 (required) and Concur (highly preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are essential.
- Familiarity with US-based AP processes and high-volume invoice environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills, capable of professional communication with international stakeholders.
- Extreme attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
