Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements to ensure accuracy.
- Knowledge of using quickbook
- Schedule, prepare, and monitor outgoing payments while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
- Address inquiries from vendors and internal teams regarding payment issues.
- Organize and file financial documentation both digitally and physically.
- Manage office administration tasks, including ordering supplies, scheduling, and document handling.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and addressing general office needs.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with Sage 100 or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
