In this role, you won’t be limited to processing invoices. You’ll support accounting operations across a portfolio of branded and independent hotels throughout New England, gain exposure across multiple business entities, and work alongside finance leadership in a highly visible corporate environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing full-cycle Accounts Payable operations
- Processing high-volume invoices and payments across multiple entities
- Reviewing coding, approvals, and documentation for accuracy
- Supporting vendors and maintaining strong relationships
- Assisting with month-end close and reconciliations
- Improving workflows and helping create efficient accounting processes
- Partnering across departments to support smooth financial operations
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience, including full-cycle AP
- Multi-entity experience preferred
- Hospitality, corporate accounting, portfolio accounting, or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities
