They're hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to keep operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, this role is for you.

Compensation: $55k – $65k/yr

Availability: Monday – Friday, flexible hours within 7am – 5pm (leaving no earlier than 4pm). Ability to work OT periodically required.

What You'll Do

  • Process and enter invoices, schedule payments
  • Correspond with vendors to correct invoices
  • Perform invoice reconciliation
  • Approve key expense statements/reimbursements for payment
  • Input permit account entries
  • Make bank deposits
  • Oversee maintenance and vendor insurance, and set up
  • Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Research all bills to verify that the Company owned property at the time of said bill
  • Research past-due invoices
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Accounting degree OR 6–12 months AP/accounting experience
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to process high volume accurately is strongly preferred.
  • Experience that demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Data entry/10-key experience
  • Strong emphasis on high volume; must be able to keep up and stay level-headed; take pride and ownership of work; team player but works well alone.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
