Become an integral part of Bird’s finance team as an Accounts Payable Analyst in Winnipeg. This role requires attention to detail in invoice management and employee expense oversight.
We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to support our Shared Services department. You’ll review and audit invoices for accuracy, support employee expense reimbursements, and help maintain a portfolio of corporate credit cards. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit invoices for coding and compliance
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy
• Provide training to district Accounts Payable teams
• Compile and coordinate courier packages for distribution
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Enrollment or completion of relevant post-secondary education
• Familiarity with OnBase or Viewpoint preferred
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
