Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context:
The Accounts & MIS Executive at Greenland Medical Centre Ltd. is responsible for managing financial transactions alongside preparing accurate operational and revenue reports. The role ensures proper billing, collection, and reconciliation while generating timely MIS reports to support management decisions and monitor business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial transactions related to patient billing, medical tests, and diagnostic services
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and money receipts for patients
- Handle cash collection, bank deposits, and reconciliation of daily collections
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS for management
- Maintain proper documentation of patient billing records and financial files
- Support audit activities by providing required financial documents
- Maintain and update MIS databases, Excel files and reporting systems
- Assist in other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- BBA in Accounting/MIS/Economics from a recognized university
- Skills Required: MS Office, Accounts and Finance, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, MIS Reporting, MS word English and Bangla (Bijoy), MS Word
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and MIS Reporting
- Able to type in Bijoy Bangla software
- Has sound knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
