ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Manager to own and lead the full spectrum of accounting, costing, and banking functions across our group companies. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping the numbers clean, compliant, and strategically useful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, factory costing, and banking operations across all group entities
- Own all account heads with deep knowledge of accounting transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure zero leakages in payables through robust controls and process discipline
- Manage debtors proactively in coordination with the sales team — target: nil bad debts
- Drive daily banking operations including fund management, credit lines, and liquidity planning
- Ensure full statutory compliance across direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness

- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting and cost accounting — you know the books inside out
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory) and proficiency in MS Office
