Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records
- Enter vendor invoices and customer invoices accurately into accounting systems
- Process vendor payments and upload transactions on banking portals
- Ensure all expenses are correctly recorded in books of accounts and applicable taxes are deducted
- Monitor accounts receivable and flag problematic accounts to the Accounts Management team
- Support month-end closing of books of accounts as per timelines
- Perform general ledger scrutiny and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts as per accepted accounting procedures
