We're looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join their Finance team at their Qunaba, QLD office. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with responsibility across accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, banking, and finance administration.

What You'll Be Doing

 

As the Accounts Coordinator, you will:

  • Process high-volume accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Prepare customer invoices, allocate payments, manage receivables, and assist with debtor reporting.
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and support weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting.
  • Maintain job codes, financial records, and key business registers within MYOB.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system efficiencies.

 

About You

 

You will bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable, payroll, or a general accounting role.
  • Experience using MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
