We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team in a part-time role (15hrs per week). This position offers a varied mix of accounting support and general administrative duties, working closely with the General Manager and Finance team on day-to-day operations as well as month, quarter, and year-end processes.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Carry out general office tasks including but not limited to ordering office supplies, travel bookings and staff morning teas.
· Carry out accounting entries into Great Planes/Netsuite with minimal supervision at a high level of accuracy (both AR and AP).
· Run aged receivables reports and follow up on overdue invoices; escalate when necessary.
· Daily Bank Reconciliation
· Assist end of month accounting tasks such as accruals.
· Liaise with suppliers and clients.
· Assist in audit compliance requirements.
· Accounting system data maintenance
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years’ in an Accounts and Administration Assistant role.
· Proven accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Receivable and reconciliations).
· Microsoft Office skills – Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
· GP/Netsuite & iPayroll/Cloud Payroll experience or similar.
· Experience with multi currencies.
· Exposure to AI tools
. Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment and successfully manage own time.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
