Downey Osborne is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance team, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes.

• About You Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using accounting systems and
• Microsoft Excel Able to work independently and collaboratively
• About Your Role Always Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end processes Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required Often Support improvements to finance processes and reporting
• Provide assistance to colleagues across the finance team Produce ad-hoc reports or financial summaries Occasionally Assist with other accounting or administrative tasks as required
Contribute to system or process updates Never Allow errors in financial records or reports Fight a gorilla to secure invoice approvals.
