About the Position:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join an expanding and dynamic team in our Milton office. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shared accounts email inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Oversee debt collection processes and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Assist with the accurate entry and processing of supplier invoices
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, manuals, and procedures
  • Liaise with accountants on financial and reporting matters
  • Prepare and post journals, and complete regular account reconciliations

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience within Australia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Confident communicator who engages with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with Xero and worked in a mid-sized business
