Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Staff role based in Metro Manila. The Accounting Staff will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing financial reports, and conducting account reconciliations. Duties also include managing expense tracking, supporting financial audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The position involves close collaboration with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage
