Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, including billing for promotions, expenses, and incentives
- Perform accounts receivable functions such as cash application, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Review billing reports, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial data
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency in accounting operations
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with solid Excel and data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
