As part of our growth, we are seeking an Accounting Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participation in the invoicing process and support of related tasks
- Support across the full range of Accounting Department operations
- Daily use and updating of the ERP system
- Administrative support and document management for European and National co-funded projects (EU & Nationally Funded Projects)
- Preparation and maintenance of records, files, and supporting documents for projects and audits
- Preparation and monitoring of reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Organization and support of the company’s administrative procedures
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
