What You Will Do
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Department on operational and cost-related matters to achieve financial goals
Prepare food and beverage cost reports to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Update and monitor recipes in coordination with the Food & Beverage Department to ensure accurate costing and cost-effective menu pricing strategies
Maintain proper records for goods receiving, food cost inter-transfers, etc.
Monitor daily purchase order to ensure the correct goods are received and recorded
Conduct daily reconciliation on receiving reports and F&B purchase invoice to ensure accuracy
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
What You Need
Degree, associate degree, diploma, certificate or above in Accountancy, Hotel Management or related disciplines is an advantage
Minimum 3 years work experience in Food & Beverage Cost Control, preferably in hospitality industry
Pleasant personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as Accounting, POS and Procurement SYSTEMS
