Job Overview: This role reports to the Controller and colloborates with staff and other department executives and managers. Duties include full cycle accounting and financial reporting related to homebuilding projects, acquisitions and Joint ventures. Oversight of entries and reconciliations and adjustments; reviews balance sheet and income statements; prepares financials statements and assists in the month end close process; maintains Work in Progress (WIP) and produces cash flow reporting forecasting. Collaborates closely and works on fund accounting and with the assets management team; providing highlights and intel to the Executive VP on working capital planning, lender reporting packages and investor allocations.
