Position: Dynamic Accounting Manager Leading Team in Fast-Paced Environment

In this pivotal role reporting to the CEO, you will manage accounting operations effectively. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience, you will focus on accounts receivable and payable while leading a small team. Your leadership will help shape financial compliance and efficiency across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations of AR and AP
• Lead and mentor finance department staff
• Prepare and review financial statements monthly
• Assist in month-end reconciliations and analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation or in progress required
• 5+ years in a fast-paced accounting role
• Strong understanding of AP and AR principles
• Advanced Excel skills and specific ERP experience
