Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and reconcile sales, expenses, bank transactions, and petty cash.
- Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and monthly closing.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax reporting.
- Control cash flow and assist with budgeting.
- Work closely with Operations to maintain cost control and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Restaurant industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Honest, organized, and able to work independently.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
