Our firm has been engaged to identify the next Accounting Clerk on our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating invoices going to customers, providing accounting support, inventory tracking, as well as calculating freight costs. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units, as well as the sales team, distribution partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Research, track, and calculate freight costs
- Handle invoicing duties in a fast paced environment
- Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide instructions, obtain information and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Clerical Accounting Experience preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to work 100% on site
- Must be available to work M-F, 8AM to 5PM
