Role Description

The Accounting Clerk will provide essential financial and administrative support to maintain accurate financial records. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling balance sheets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. This is a full-time hybrid role offering an opportunity to support the mission of ProducKIDvity through precise and effective financial practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and experience managing financial operations
  • Strong skills in Bookkeeping and Accounting processes
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong foundation in accounting practices is preferred

Compensation

The starting range for this position is $23 – $30 per hour.
