At ERGON, we're rethinking how accounting and finance run day to day. Instead of manual data entry, we're putting automation tools at the centre of our workflows – and we're looking for someone to drive that shift on the ground.
The role starts with running our automated document processing across locations: making sure invoices, receipts and accounting documents flow correctly into our ERP through software pipelines rather than by hand. From there, you'll gradually take on broader digital transformation projects across the finance function.

📌 What you’ll do
From day one
- Operate the tools that capture, classify and post invoices and accounting documents into our ERP (Softone, QuickBooks).
- Handle exceptions: the documents the tools flag, mis-read, or route incorrectly.
- Continuously improve accuracy by feeding back errors and edge cases into the system.
- Coordinate document flows across multiple ERGON locations.
Growing into
- Contribute to digital transformation projects across finance and accounting.
- Help test and roll out new tools as our automation stack evolves.

- Tech-savvy mindset & eagerness to learn.
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

- Working proficiency in Greek and English.
