• Process daily invoices and credit memos
• Enter payment disputes into Excel
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on aged balances
• Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
• Document travel expense reports
• Support weekly check runs
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
