Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting
Collaborate with external accounting firm on treasury and bookkeeping
Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting purposes
Maintain accounting systems including Quick Books Online
Qualifications
+3 or more years of accounting experience in the real estate industry
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
