Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage payroll processing, taxation compliance, and general office accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and support the organization’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management :
Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits while ensuring timely disbursement.
Taxation Compliance :
Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with local tax laws, and manage audits.
Financial Reporting :
Maintain accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements and generate reports.
Accounts Payable & Receivable :
Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections keeping accurate records of all financial transactions
Budgeting & Forecasting :
Assist in financial planning and cost analysis. Developing and managing budgets and forecasting future financial performance
Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Office Accounting :
Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and vendor payments. Prepare reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a snapshot of the company’s financial health
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Marketing and finance teams to streamline payroll and tax processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven 4 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing and taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations.
