Accountant Limavady – £50,000 (Salary depending on experience) Contract Type:
Full-Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the engineering and infrastructure sector. * Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
* Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning activities
* Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* Assist with statutory accounts preparation and external audit processes
* Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
* Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of financial controls and processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and commercial objectives
* Provide support with tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and customs requirements
* Undertake additional duties as required within the finance function Criteria:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
* 12 years post-qualification experience, ideally within industry
* Strong technical accounting knowledge
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
