– Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Financial Analysis
and Reporting:
Perform
financial analysis
to identify trends, costs, revenues, and potential risks.
Provide financial information and insights to support management decision-making.
Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, CMA is a plus.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
